This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services booked through Murvi Traveline Private Limited. Because we act as an intermediary for flights, hotels, visas, and tour packages, refund terms are ultimately set by the airline, hotel, tour operator, or government authority involved — we pass on exactly what they allow.
Service fees
Our own service fees (such as visa or passport application assistance) cover the work already done on your application — document review, form filling, and consultation. These fees are generally non-refundable once the work has started, since the effort has already been delivered regardless of the outcome of your application or booking.
Flights, hotels, and third-party bookings
Cancellation and refund terms for flights, hotels, and packages follow the fare rules and policies of the airline, hotel, or operator at the time of booking. We will tell you these terms clearly before you confirm a booking, and we will help you file any cancellation or refund request with the relevant provider.
Visa and passport applications
Government application fees (visa, passport) are paid directly to the relevant authority and are governed by that authority's own refund rules — these are outside our control and are typically non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
How to request a cancellation
